When Q pays a suprise visit to the USS Voyager and presents Janeway with an interesting proposition, her steadfast refusal results in her abduction to the Q Continuum. The appearance of Q's female counterpart on the bridge of the ship may be the only key to Janeway's rescue. Macrocosm Janeway and Neelix return to discover Voyager's crew horribly infected.
